Sleep Paralysis

 Hello my dear English Friends, today I’m going to talk about an experience I had been suffering since 2 years ago, it’s called Sleep Paralysis. This paralysis it’s not very common but they said that everyone have to live this at least one time in their lives, but in my case this paralysis it’s very common. Sleep paralysis occurs when the brain and body aren't quite on the same page when it comes to sleep, the body's muscles are relaxed to the point of paralysis, perhaps to keep people from acting out their dreams. It feels like your awake in a dream but you can’t move or talk, in every case the situation in the dream its different some people felt suffocated, others felt that someone it’s looking them from the wardrobe or there is someone next to them. This feeling it’s very upsetting because you can’t do anything and you can’t wake up of from this nightmare that in some case you think it’s real. From the other side, some people said this isn’t a problem with the brain and body, they said it has to be with the separation with the soul and this paralysis can help you to separate from your body and travel in the spiritual world, but in my opinion I dont believe in this theory. 

 

A dream job

Hello my dear English friends, today I’m going to tell us about a job, I my life I had never work in a job but if I had to choose one I probably know what would because since I was a teenager I always wanted to do job belong with drawing or painting so it would be perfect working designing T-shirts. I really like this job because involves many things that I like and enjoy for example drawing, also I could the designs everywhere I want especially in my house instead working in an office all day without seeing the outside until the sun goes down. In this job obviously you need to be creative and you have to know what kind of drawings you will do for certain people because you must have a target audiences. I think I would be good at this job because my friends and my mom says that I had really good drawing and creative ideas but in the world of fashion it’s really hard to be successful, my inspiration doesn’t make T-shirts but there drawing are very impressive and would be perfect for the ideas that I had for my T-shirts, his name is Kervy Rosanes, I know him for Instagram and since I know his account I never missed a drawing of him, it’s really inspiring.

Highlight Painter

                                             

Hello my dear English friends, today I’m going to talk about something a like very much: Arts. Since I was a child I enjoyed a lot to drawing and painting, I’m not the best drawer but I spend a lot of time doing this activity. In this occasion I would talk about a painting from Vincent Van Gogh that fin my opinion is one of the most interesting and talented painters ever because the way he used the colors to express different emotions and sensations it’s incredible and capture the attention of everyone who watch their paintings. In this occasion I choose Van Gogh´s painting called “Self-Portrait”, this painting I know from many years because my ex art teacher love this painter so she always talk about him and make us paint his paintings and one of this paintings was self-portrait where you can see the characteristic brush-stroke. Although this painting isn’t very realistic and with a low details the colors make this piece of art highlight in comparison of another famous painting where the details make attractive the piece. Also what I think it’s very interesting of Van Gogh is that he never sold a painting but when he died there painting became famous and very expensive. For me this painting is as interesting as the history of the painter that influenced in all of his piece of arts.

 My English Presentation

Hello my Friends, today I’m going to talk about the last task that was gave to me. Last week I did an English presentation about one of my favourite computer games: League of Legends, I chose this game because I needed to talk about something that I like and I know a lot of it so I thought it was a very good idea to speak what is about League of Legends and how I enjoyed playing it. It was easy for me knew the history of this game because I had been playing for four years ago and nowadays its very popular in social medias also around the world with big events like world championships. Although there is too much things you could talk about the game I planned to talk about the general things like how I know the game, how you play, what is about, etc. For me it’s very difficult to do an oral presentation so this experience it wasn’t the best but talk about something I like very much did less unpleasant this task.

My 18th Birthday 

Hello my dear English friends, today I’m going to talk about the biggest celebration that I did for my 18^th birthday that was a year ago. I’m not the ones who do a big party for their birthdays but in this occasion I thought that I need to celebrate like I never did because of my 18^th. I did this party in my house because I have a big courtyard and I need a lot of space for my one hundred guests. The party starts at eleven o’clock but with my closest friends we did a pool party before and we ate a lot of meat and nuggets (that are my pleasure), when it was the time for the party the people arrived and I saw many friends that I hadn’t seen for many years, everyone was having a good time dancing with different styles of music like reggeaton to rock, also the day of my birthday they change the time so we had another hour to celebrate. That party ends at 5am but the closest ones stays in my house and we talk about all the things that happened and we ate some Subway sandwiches that bought my mom for the night. I always remember this occasion because they were all the people I know having a great time meeting each other and also they always remember me some things or we discovered more things that happened in that wonderful night that soon could repeat because in one week more it’s my birthday so if I do a party for this year you all be invited to this one.

Today I’m going to talk about a walk that I did four years ago when I was in first grade of school.

 Instead I’m not the ones who like to walk often because I’m a little bit lazy but this walk I like it very much. In first grade we did a trip to Pichidangi (its 3 hours from Santiago to there) for two days, the first day there is a lot of activities in group but the second day at the morning you need to climb a leaning hill. At the first time I was very tired because we woke up at very early for came back before the afternoon, but then it became like an adventure to climb higher and higher, the nature up there its beautiful and it was so funny been there with my friends and classmates, the last one I think it’s the reason I would do it again because walk with your friends instead alone its completely different also it’s a very healthy way to spend time with the ones you loved.

Hello my dear English friends,

Today I’m going to write about a photo they took me. This photograph means a lot to me and reminds me how happy I was that day. It was the last year when I finish the school and for tradition of my school the last day there is a ceremony where the teachers and classmates say goodbye to the ones who leaves. After that sadly moment everyone goes to the Parque Intercomunal La Reina to celebrate this big achievement and we party all the afternoon. In this photograph I was leaving the park very excited and I ask a girl if she could take us a picture with my best friend, my brother and his friend, each of us with a different expressions and that’s why I love this picture because it’s so natural and funny also I’m with the most enjoyable people in the world.

Hello my friends:

Today I’m going to talk about something that is like my dream since I was in 4th grade, this would be learn to play piano. I think this instrument its very beautiful because the melody’s for this reason when I want to relax or concentrate listen to songs with a piano in it is always a good solution for me but i know how difficult it’s to play it, you need many years of practice to be a very good piano player . This dream started when I was ten years old where in music class you could choose an instrument to play so I choose the piano and in my first class it was impossible to me to played it, for many classes I tried several times but I didn’t learn, I think for this instrument you need a lot of coordination, something that I don’t have and that would be my problem to complete this dream so for this moment I watch piano concerts or music videos with piano like the ones I put below, I hope you enjoy them like I do.
